Here are some tips that apply to all levels of the game. Read them and try them before proceeding.

Firstly, do not hold any of your arrow keys. This screws up the game. This can also be used to cheat, but cheating is dishonest. Secondly, if you are having trouble with not idling, try to run around rectangles while you are waiting for the timer to end. You can practise this in the ffirst level. Thirdly, always grab the glasses before the watching demon comes. This minimises the risk of bumping into obstacles you cannot see. Finally, read every word. Follow the instructions and consider wordplay.

If you are still having troubles with the game, here is the suggested route. It serves as a walkthrough for the easiest path. The medals are not included here.

Level 2: Go straight down to grab the glasses. Reach the door once you are no longer watched.

Level 3: Go to the rightmost part, and then go down and take the key; afterwards, go left and wait for the door.

Level 4: Grab the glasses from the side. Then use either route to reach the spray. Visit the door afterwards.

Level 5: Avoid the weak demon to get to the glasses. Do not take the key. Go down, left and down again to take the crystal, ensuring that you do not touch the green demon that is moving horizontally. Walk to the key and wait for the door. Alternatively, you can take the key, but wait till the door appears to take the crystal. Both of these should be easier than grabbing the key and then the crystal.

Level 6: The game really gets difficult from here. Go to the leftmost side of the screen and avoid the two demons to obtain the glasses. Then get the spray. Get below the purple demon's track by the side. The leftmost point that the purple demon can reach is the same as the last block of the right wall of the way to the spray. Avoid the purple demon to walk above it. Next, take the crystal. Be careful! You can now reach the exit.

Level 7: Walk four squares to the right and two upwards.Go right, avoiding the two demons. Take the glasses. If you watch the movements of the demons closely, you will notice that one of the rows cannot be reached by any demon. It is the upper row that the obstacle with a green lock occupies. Walk across it, and reach the yellow key. This may take some practice! After this, walk back the way you came and take the orange key and the crystal. You should now be able to reach the spray at the bottom of the screen without risking your neck. Take the spray. Do not touch the fire! Avoid the purple demons to reach the trapdoor. You may take your time since the watching demon has fainted by now.

Level 8: This level is different from the rest because the demons watching over your idling are almost going on strike, only checking on you from time to time. This can be both beneficial and not beneficial, depending on your luck. Unlucky people will lose this level innocently, falling victim to the rebellious demons; but most people will succeed. The bouncing walls attempt to solve this problem. Be alert nonetheless. If you bump into a flexible wall without preparation, you will most likely lose. As you enter the maze, take the pair of glasses and wait until the timer reaches one. Go towards the spray. The fire in front of it disappears when the watching demons come, so you can take the spray and make the first demon faint. Bump into the wall below you or on the right of you. After bouncing, take the yellow key and the crystal. Bump into the wall below you after the crystal. Take the orange key and enter the second room.Get the yellow key and bump into the wall on the right of you. Walk to the new opening. Wait until the demon gets to the top, then go down and take the spray. Hit the left wall afterwards. Do not hit the left key more than once! Now, go back to the opening and wait until the demon is on the bottom. Walk to the edge of the screen and walk straight down to the trapdoor. Touching the demon himself has no effect! Simply read the text before it once more if you dont' know why. You do not officially complete teh game until you read through the end of the ending; so please do so! It is the best part of the game, apart from the music.
